PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give operability similar to that of a solution to a polyamide elastomer difficult to be used as an ordinary solution by kneading a solution obtained by dissolving the polyamide elastomer at a high temperature so as to become a concentration of a solubility or more at the ambient temperature in an extruder while cooling it. SOLUTION: A polyamide elastomer(PE) is obtained by reacting one or more types of dicarboxylic acid, one or more types of diol and a polyamide having a predetermined value of a reduced viscosity in such a manner that a polyamide content is a predetermined value. The polyamide has an amide bond in a polymer main chain to be dissolved in the dicarboxylic acid and the diol of the constituent molecules of the polyester, and can be thermally dissolved. The PE is dissolved in a solvent having a low solubility at the ambient temperature and a high solubility at high temperatures, and its solution is kneaded in an extruder, and the gel-like particles each having a small particle size can be manufactured with a strong shearing force in a short time. Thus, operability similar to that of the solution can be given to the PE difficult to be used as the ordinary solution.
