PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized monitor service to consumers of supply which do not have a wired telephone line or hard to install the line by generating 3rd information corresponding to a 1st signal which is narrowed down by controlling a transmitting and receiving means and sending the 3rd information to a monitor center together with 1st information and 2nd information. SOLUTION: In response to an indication from a center, a centralized monitor information circuit 30 inputs centralized monitor data such as security check information on the meter-checked value of gas consumption, a gas leakage in gas facilities, the vibration-proof cutoff state of a valve, etc., from the gas meter 24 in a consumer's house. A repeat control circuit 34 controls the transmitting and receiving circuit 32 under the control of a system control part 46 to repeat a call and a signal arriving from another centralized monitor terminal machine, a PHS base station, or a PHS telephone set and also select and determine the centralized monitor terminal machine having the best transmission efficiency among terminal machines in receivable states. |
