PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of die for improvement significantly by fixing a central shaft to a transparent body and fixing the transparent body to a dial while projecting the pointed part of the central shaft from the rear side at the bottom face part of the dial. SOLUTION: A central shaft 12 is press fitted to a dial 2 and bonded at a rear part b through adhesive in system (1)A, an oblique drawn dial 2 is used in system (1)B, a flat dial 2 is used in system (1)C, and both sides are bonded in system (1)D. Since they require a significant labor, a thin pointed plate is pressed, bent at right angle, inserted into a hole of a dial 2 and assembled into a case in system (2). Since the forward end a is not so sharp as a quenched central shaft 12, the central shaft 12 is press fitted to a transparent body 8 having a predetermined outside diameter and secured rigidly to the dial 2 in system (3). When the central shaft 12 is set in a large hole of the dial 2, it is set in the center of the dial 2 by through spigot joint using a paper seat.
