PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer structural body for a slope safely constructed at low cost, having a light weight, and improving the impact resistance. SOLUTION: In this buffer structural body having a buffer material 3 laid on a slope 1 and preventing the damage of a structure 2 by a falling material, the surface of the buffer material laid on a slope is covered with an aramid fiber sheet and/or a net 4, and the sheet or the net is fixed to the buffer material so that a protecting layer 5 such as spray mortar is formed on the sheet or the net. Reinforcing fibers are arranged in the aramid fiber sheet or the net in two lateral/vertical directions and fixed to the synthetic resin foam buffer material by a synthetic resin U-shaped fixing tool. A part of the buffer material is formed into a block shape, its bottom and the circumferential faces are covered with the aramid fiber sheet 4a, and constituted of a block buffer material 8 fixing the sheet to the circumferential face of the buffer material by adhesive.
