<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified method for preparing a dictation macro. SOLUTION: This method is provided with a step for storing a selected text string, a step for displaying a graphical user interface(GUI) 10 having a section for naming the dictation macro in response to a first user command, a step for preparing a basic form corresponding to the macro name inputted to the section of the GUI 10 in response to a second user command, and a step for relating the stored selected text string and macro name as the dictation macro.</p> |
