PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating structure for an automatic vending machine, which can improve the heat insulation between an external and an internal box and does not increase the thickness of a heat insulating wall itself unnecessarily. SOLUTION: A 1st heat-insulating member 5 which engages a reinforcing member 4 on the side of the external box 1 is interposed between the external box 1 and internal box 2 and the 1st coupling member 5 and the internal box 2 are connected by a 2nd coupling member 6 having a gasket 8 in one body, so no screw need not be used to fix the external box 1 and internal box 2 and conventional heat conduction through screws is not caused. In this case, the 2nd coupling member 6 having the gasket 8 is built in after the internal box 2 is inserted into the external box 1, so the interval of the front end of the external box 1 and the internal box 2 along the width is made large enough only to allow the front end side of the internal box 2 to pass.
