PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip body feeding mechanism difficult to generate irregular printing on a label, etc., in a printing part of a printer. SOLUTION: A printer 10 includes a label continuous body 16 wound around a holding roller 14. The label continuous body 16 is drawn out of the holding roller 14 so as to pass on an outer circumferential surface of the wound label continuous body 16 through a buffer roller 18, and drawn into a case 12. The label continuous body 16 is pulled by a holding roller 26 of a first printing part 22 and a holding roller 32 of a second printing part 28. An outer circumferential part of the buffer roller 18 is formed of an elastic material, and when the holding rollers 26, 32 are started to rotate, the label continuous body 16 is pulled to deform the elastic body of the buffer roller 18.
