PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Stirling cooling device equipped with a structure capable of retaining a reservoir tank safely. SOLUTION: The other end of a reservoir tank main body RT1, provided with anexpandable bellows tank main body RT1 and a fixed unit RT3, projected from one end of the tank main body RT1 into the expanding and contracting direction of the same while being connected to a cold heat refrigerant pipeline, through which cold heat refrigerant cooled by the cooling head of a Stirling refrigerating machine is conducted to flow, or a heat transfer medium pipeline, through which the heat transfer medium for cooling a heat exchanger for heat radiation is passed is retained by a predetermined base member 82 and holders 91 fixed to the fixed unit RT3 respectively to engage the holders 91 slidably with a base member 82, whereby the falling down of the reservoir tanks 57, 67 can be prevented by the holders 91. When the tank main body RT1 is expanded or contracted, the holders 91 are slid along the base member 82 whereby the tank main body RT1 is prevented from receiving any damage from outside.
