PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembling by forming an opening side of a guide with a tapered lead-in part for leading a slider so that a pair of parallel surfaces thereof are opposite to a sliding-contact surface of the guide. SOLUTION: A rectangular parallelopiped slider 117 having a pair of parallel surfaces 117a, 117b and to be engaged with a lift arm bracket 113 freely to be moved is provided at a tip of a lift arm 105 freely to be rotated. One end of the bracket 113 is provided with a lead-in part 123 having an opening 121, and the lead-in part 123 is formed with an inclined surface at a lower part thereof, and a guide width in the vertical direction of the opening 121 is set at the maximum length of the diagonal of surfaces crossing a rotary shaft of the slider 117 or more, and the guide width is set so as to be gradually narrowed inward till it becomes a little longer than a distance between the pair of parallel surfaces of the slider 117, and the slider 117 is inserted from the opening 121 at the time of assembling an wind regulator. With this structure, the slider at any position can be inserted into the arm bracket through the opening 121.
