PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver mounting apparatus capable of easily regulating an inclination of a louver. SOLUTION: The louver mounting apparatus comprises a louver 11 detachably provided at a flange 4 provided at an indoor side of a ventilating fan body 3 mounted at a wall or a ceiling. At the time of mounting the louver 11, the louver 11 is provided rotatably at the flange 4 so as to regulate an inclination of the louver 11 in a circumferential direction, thereby providing the apparatus capable of easily regulating the louver 11.
