PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrict capacity variations due to misalignment of an internal electrode and a floating electrode by a method wherein a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer are alternately laminated, and an external terminal electrode connecting with first and second inner electrodes is formed at a pair of ends of the laminated body. SOLUTION: First and second internal electrodes 3a, 4a are disposed with a band-like separation part 8 extending in a widthwise direction of a laminate 1 at the center in an interlayer between dielectric layers 2a, 2b which is a first dielectric interlayer. Furthermore, a floating electrode 7a is disposed near the center in an interlayer between dielectric layers 2b, 2c of a second dielectric layer. And, the first dielectric interlayer and second dielectric interlayer are alternately disposed to form a laminated body, and external terminal electrodes 5, 6 connecting with the first and second inner electrodes 3a, 4a are formed at a pair of ends of the laminated body. As a result, even if misalignment of the internal electrodes 3a, 4a and the floating electrode 7a occurs, it is possible to restrict variations of capacity.
