PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance weatherability and moisture resistance while balancing them well by providing a layer of cyclic olefin based ring-opening polymer added or not added with hydrogen. SOLUTION: The protective sheet is used as an alternative of at least one of a surface protective layer 4 or a rear surface protective layer l0. In case of the surface protective layer 4, a fluororesin layer or a transparent resin layer 44 having weatherability is employed as the outermost layer and a layer 42 of cyclic olefin based ring-opening polymer added or not added with hydrogen is provided on the inside. Since a sheet of multiplayer structure including an outermost layer 44 of fluororesin or transparent resin having weatherability is employed as the surface protective layer 4, balance between weatherability and moisture resistance is enhanced furthermore in a module 2. When a protective sheet is used as the surface protective layer 4, a UV-shielding resin layer is preferably employed as the transparent resin layer 44 having weatherability.
