PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulating roll screen partitioning the space of a cold insulating storage capable of reducing cold insulating and cold storage load by minimizing an opening especially producing in loading and unloading of luggage. SOLUTION: This roll screen includes a winding shaft 13, the end of which is rotatably supported and a screen 15 wound with one end thereof fixed to the winding shaft 13, the other end of which is moved in the vertical direction with rotation of the winding shaft 13. In this case, at least one or more slits 12 elongated in the vertical direction are provided in the screen 15 and the screen 15 is parted to the right and left sides with each slit 21 interposed between them.
