PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent fouling adhesion of the inner face of a toilet stool even in the case where a time until dirt adheres to the inner face of the toilet stool is long after fouling prevention processing is performed by providing a nozzle and a control means for controlling it so as to form a bubble film on the inner face of the toilet stool by previously spraying bubbles by the nozzle. SOLUTION: A toilet stool washing device is provided with a route 6 for sequentially continuously providing a tank 15 for storing a chemical, a chemical pump 14 for sucking the chemical, an air intake and a nozzle 2 for spraying bubbles on the inner face of a toilet stool. When a detection part is detects that a user sits on a stool seat 5, a circuit part 12 transmits a signal, and the chemical pump 14 is operated to absorb the chemical inside the chemical tank 15. The chemical is mixed with air sucked from the air intake to become the bubbles, which are sprayed from the nozzle 2 on the inner face of the toilet stool to form a bubble film. Even in the case where a time until dirt adheres to the inner face of the toilet stool is long after the bubble film is formed, adhesion of dirt for the inner face of the toilet stool can be prevented because the holding time of the bubbles is long as the film.
