PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust height of a lower punch on a bottom base side. SOLUTION: In this molding device, an upper punch 39 is attached on a top base 45 side of a press, a lower punch 4 is attached on a bottom base 46 side and a mold 2 is fixed between the upper punch 39 and the lower punch 4. Also the lower punch 4 is mounted on the bottom base 46 side via a height adjusting mechanism 10. The height adjusting mechanism 10 comprises a lower punch holder 11 mounted to the bottom base 46, an adjust screw 21 rotatably screwed in the lower punch holder 11, and a lower punch receiver 26 rotatably attached to the adjust screw 21, and the lower punch 4 is fixed to the lower punch receiver 26. When the adjust screw 21 is rotated under the condition that rotation of the lower punch receiver 26 and the lower punch 4 is blocked, the adjust screw 21 is positioned at a given position. Then, the lower punch 4 is positioned at the corresponding position, whereby the height of the lower punch 4 can be adjusted.
