PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the safety of heating in equipment, while ensuring the sufficient efficiency of desorption/decomposition of each component, by providing an electric heater controlling means for controlling the heating operation of an electric heater properly and an exhaust fan for exhausting the air in the vicinity of a thermal catalyst unit to the outside and by exerting drive control on the exhaust fan, as occasion demands, with a temperature around the thermal catalyst unit used as a parameter. SOLUTION: In air conditioning equipment 1 having a cylindrical catalyst unit 8 composed of an adsorbent, an oxidation catalyst and an electric heater, a heater controlling means which controls the heating operation of the electric heater properly with the temperature of the part of the adsorbent and the oxidation catalyst of the unit 8 and a temperature inside the equipment 1 used as parameters is provided. Besides an exhaust fan 24 which exhausts the air in the equipment 1 to the outside through the unit 8 is provided and it is subjected to drive control with a temperature around the unit 8 in the equipment used as a parameter. |
