The present invention concerns a device for cleaning contaminated water, for example, water from industrial plants, whereby the device comprises a closed vessel that demonstrates at its bottom an inlet for the contaminated water and an outlet. According to the invention, the device is characterised by the following properties: an additional inlet pipe is present that is connected to the outlet, by which means a part of the water from the outlet flows through the said inlet pipe and provides a booster effect to the flow of water in the vessel; a first pipe device, which is open at both ends, is placed within the vessel in such a manner that a separating distance arises between the lower part of the pipe and the bottom part of the vessel. |
