PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell module which is excellent in the protective capability of a photovoltaic element and which is not deformed with a temperature change by a method wherein the film thickness of a coating layer is deformed by a definite amount with a definite load at room temperature. SOLUTION: A backside coating layer 101 can change its thickness by 5 to 75% when receiving a load of 2kg per cm<2> at room temperature. When the film thickness changes by less than 5%, the deformation of the coating layer is too small, the layer does not follow an uneven part or the like, a force is concentrated in one point on a recessed part when a module is trampled mistakenly, and there is a danger that the coating layer is broken or that a photooltatic element is broken down. When the film thickens changes more then 75%, the layer follows the uneven part and it becomes thin in the recessed part. Thereby, when the thickness of the original coating layer is not increased, its protective capability is lowered. Consequently, when the backside coating layer changes by 5 to 75%, it is possible to obtain a solar cell module which is excellent in the protective capability of the photovoltatic element and which is not deformed with a temperature change. |
