PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformarize a cooling characteristic of cells and improve assembly of a set battery composed of plural cylindrical cells. SOLUTION: In this set battery, plural cylindrical cells 1 are arranged into a heaped bale structure. The arrangement of the heaped bale structure means the arrangement of uniform distances from one cell to the other cells surrounding it, that is, the arrangement of the sizes of the outer shape of the cell plus gaps between the cells. The unit battery of an even number of cells, for example, of eight cells, has a double-tiered structure with four cells per tier, where the first their with 4 cells is displaced from the second tier with four cells, by a half pitch. |
