摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide light-weight, less dispersion, and excellent characteristics by providing a glass layer where a thin film of metal, metal oxide, or metal nitride is formed, a dielectric layer, and a reflection layer. SOLUTION: A tin oxide, for example, is laminated by sputtering with the surface of a float glass of 15 mm in thickness for a surface-resistance value of a thin-film to be 299Ω. A glass is pasted on a calcium silicate plate while an aluminum sheet with an adhesive agent is pasted over the entire surface of a reflection surface. The frequency of an electric wave whose absorbing at a dielectrics layer becomes maximum is adjusted to a desired value. Since the reflection layer substantially totally reflects the incident electric wave, it comprises a metal plate or a sheet, a metal net, a metal rod, and a punched metal, etc. The order of lamination is the glass layer, the dielectrics layer, and the reflection layer, or, the glass layer, reflection layer, and the dielectric layer. An electric-wave absorption about 23dB is obtained at maximum when the electric wave is projected from the outside of the glass layer.
