PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case which can maintain shielding ability even when a substrate is deformed and the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A shield case is formed in a box-like shape having a roof and side plates and an opened bottom and put on a substrate 20 housed in the casing 2 of electronic equipment 1, in such a way that the opened edges of the side plates are brought into contact with the ground pattern 21 formed on the substrate 20. The side plate 12 of the shield case 10 has slits 12s, 12s... formed through the plate 12 from its opened edge in a state where the slits 12s, 12s,... divide the side plate 12. The electronic equipment 1 has the above mentioned shield case 10.
