<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail receiving method, a communication terminal device and a server device which prevent the leakage of an electronic mail in an inappropriate situation. SOLUTION: A portable information terminal 2 is carried by a user, accesses a server 4 storing once electronic mails by connecting with a network 3 through a telephone line (cable or radio) from an optional place at prescribed time intervals or at a prescribed time and automatically receives electronic mails to itself. Also, the terminal 2 has a function setting an invalid time zone in which the automatic reception of the electronic mails is nullified and checks if time is included in the invalid time zone at the automatic receiving time and when it is in the invalid time zone, the terminal 2 does not access the server 4 and the electronic mails are not automatically received.</p> |
