PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method for measuring correctly, simply the total excretion amount of components in urine in one day and the amount of urine in one day without storing the urine by obtaining a regression formula expression the correction between a weight index value and the amount of excreted creatinine in urine in one day from the both and substituting the weight index value of a person to be measured to the formula. SOLUTION: The regression formula representing the correlation between a weight index value and the amount of excreted creatinine in urine in one day is obtained from the index value and the amount of excreted creatinine. Data of urines measured and stored up to the present time is used for the weight index value and the amount of excreted creatinine in urine of one day. In using a linear regression formula as the regression formula, a relation of a weight without fat and the amount of excreted creatinine in urine of one day is expressed by a formula I, and a relation of the weight and amount of excreted creatinine in urine of one day is expressed by a formula II. In the formulae, (c) is 5-45, (d) is 0-5, (e) is 5-35, (f) is 0-5 and a unit of the weight without fat is kg. The variables (c), (d), (e), (f) are sorted according to sex, age or the like and set appropriately. Then, the weight index value of a subject is measured and substituted to the regression formula, thereby, the amount of excreted creatinine in urine in one day is calculated. |
