<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter capable of preventing a damage to a function of aligning markers 3 and being produced inexpensively in the case where a matrix light shielding layer is not provided. SOLUTION: The reflection type liquid crystal display device is provided with color filter pixels 2 at nearly the central part of a transparent substrate 1 and aligning markers 3 at peripheral parts of the transparent substrate 1. The double layer structured aligning markers 3 are used which are formed by printing with black photosensitive resin 41 on some parts of a surface and succeedingly providing colored photosensitive resin 42 on the full surface. Also the black photosensitive resin 41 is provided on some parts of the surface with a printing method, the colored photosensitive resin 42 is coated, exposure and development are carried out via a photomask and the double layer structured aligning markers 3 utilizing the black photosensitive resin and the colored photosensitive resin are formed to produce a color filter for the reflective liquid crystal display device.</p> |
