<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color toner causing no filming on a photoreceptor, less liable to offset even in fixation with a heat roll and excellent also in preservable property, durability and color reproducibility and to provide a nonmagnetic mono-component developing method using the color toner. SOLUTION: The color toner contains a bonding resin, a releasing agent, a colorant and an additive and has 56-75 deg.C glass transition temperature and 0.1-0.5 wt.% water content. The bonding resin is based on a polyester obtained by polycondensation of polyhydric alcohol components including a compound of formula I [where R1 is 2-4C alkylene, each of (x) and (y) is a positive number and 1<=x+y<=16] and carboxylic acid components including a dicarboxylic acid compound and a polycarboxylic acid compound having >=3 COOH groups.</p> |
