PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diversify services such as realizing an alarm clock function using a telephone set, utilizing a similar alarm clock function even at a visiting location by the alarm function of the terminal adapter. SOLUTION: When time shown by a clock IC4 incorporated in the terminal adapter 1 becomes an alarming time set by a user, an alarm start part 18 informs CPU 2. CPU 2 reads data on the alarm function from a memory 3 to operate the alarm function. In addition, the alarm function is realized by ringing/stopping the ringers and automatic originating to a designated number of telephone sets 13 to 15 connected to each analog port 8 to 10 based on data previously set by the user. |
