PURPOSE: An apparatus for rescuing the people safely and quickly when emergencies such as a fire is happened in a high building and so on is provided. CONSTITUTION: In construction of the apparatus, a first hook(10) and a second hook(20) is constructed in both sides of the equipment comprising a cover(30) and a casing(40), the first hook (10) is attached to the grip(31) located on the cover(30), a bracket(60) is attached under the cover(30), a bobbin(90) having a gear is attached in one side of the bracket(60) to wind a wire(70), the second hook(2) is joined with front end of the wire(70) passing through a guide roller(110) and the hole of the casing(40), a motor(80) having a gear engaging with the bobbin gear is constructed to operate the equipment by the power, a pressing plate(50) is constructed along circumference of a bobbin plate(91) attached both sides of the bobbin(90) and is controlled a speed control tool located on the cover(30), and an emergency light(120) and an operating switch(81) is constructed on the cover(30).
