The induction coil housing (1) has fixing elements (3-6,7-10) on at least one side for reception of a safety pin which allows the housing to be secured to a clothing article, e.g.a necktie. The housing (1) may have 2 cooperating halves, each provided with fixing elements (3-6,7-10) which cooperate to provide reception eyes for securing the safety pin.
