PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a bean curd added ginseng is provided, which eliminates bitter tastes and peculiar tastes of a ginseng. A sweet odor and nutriments of a bean curd added ginseng are good for human health. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a bean curd added ginseng comprises of following steps: (1) selection and washing ginseng; (2) dipping them into 3% sodium hydroxide solution for 3hrs; (3) crushing; (4) boiling at 60°C for 20minutes; (5) maturing at room temperature for 6hrs; (6) taking the ginseng extracts; (7) adding the ginseng extracts to the soybean milk (8) following the general manufacturing process of a bean curd. |
