PURPOSE: A traffic control method by connection between exchangers is provided to dissolve a traffic jam situation of a corresponding exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A traffic control method by connection between exchangers includes an overload jam situation management procedure by a route, a jam situation generation processing procedure, a procedure to manage a jam receiving state by a route, and a manual control procedure. The overload jam situation management procedure is to recognize the corresponding route an overload state when even one among ASP is in overload state. The jam situation generation processing procedure is to control a traffic for a call being routed from INS to a corresponding junction line group. The procedure to manage a jam receiving state by a route is to periodically manage a jam receiving state for all junction line group of the ASP in the CCS. The manual control procedure is to forcibly transmit an accumulation signal by all of the exchange net system or an input junction route by a manual control, when the system is abnormal, and give a receiving state of an accumulation signal and perform the receiving state dissolution.
