PURPOSE: An aligning method of a glass wool board for a built-in panel by adhesion-aligning in zigzags and apparatus thereof and a glass wool board prepared by the alignment method are provided which can prevent deformation by improving strength to load acting on a glass wool panel vertically. CONSTITUTION: A method is disclosed for aligning a glass wool board for a built-in panel which comprises insertion-adhesion of the glass wool board on the upper and lower plate of the panel in the direction of length by adhesion-aligning in zigzags through a cutting process, the first transfer process, the second transfer process, and a direction change process. Also described is an apparatus for aligning the glass wool board for the built-in panel which comprises; (a)the first direction change transferring apparatus(2) located in front of a glass wool cutter(1); (b)the first belt conveyor apparatus(3) located by the first direction change transferring apparatus(2); (c)the second belt conveyor apparatus(4) located in an extension line of the first belt conveyor apparatus(3); the second direction change transferring apparatus(5) located to transfer the glass wool board(G) to the direction of length(the direction change of 90 degree); and a side cutter(6) located in front of the second direction change transferring apparatus(5) for forming the side and the surface of the glass wool board to fit in the shape of the upper and lower plate.
