PURPOSE: An accompaniment data down-load apparatus for a portable karaoke is provided, which easily down-loads an accompaniment data in a portable karaoke. CONSTITUTION: The accompaniment data down-load apparatus comprises: a case (1) which an open portion (21) is formed at one terminal; an acceptive portion (3) to be formed to an inner portion of the case (1); a first connector (5) to be formed on a substrate (4) which is installed in the case (1) and be located at a lower side of the acceptive portion (3); a data down-loading means (6) to be connected to the first connector (5) through the acceptive portion (3) and for providing a down-loaded accompaniment data; and a cover (7) for covering the open portion (2) of the case (1). Thereby, it is possible to easily add the accompaniment data to the portable karaoke.
