PURPOSE: A dream electric fan is provided to improve the utility of an absorber for an electric fan in fix and remove by easily separating a rubber film from a ground surface. CONSTITUTION: A dream electric fan is operated by: contracting corrugated pipes(68,69) when giving a load of an electric fan to the upper end of an absorber(76); closely adhering a rubber film(70) to a ground surface(63) if the air in a space(71) is exhausted to outlets(72,73,74); isolating the outlet(72) through a conical needle valve(75) in a vacuum state to interrupt the air; raising the conical needle valve as the electric fan is moved to open the outlet(72); separating the rubber film from the ground surface in a moment when the air is introduced into the outlets(72,73,74). Therefore, the absorber is easily moved.
