A printed circuit board (PCB) transceiver I/O filter design (20) which provides both polarization and isolation filter includes the receiver probe (26). The transceiver design includes an enclosed waveguide structure (21) attached to the PCB. Since the transmit probe (29) is orthogonally oriented with the receiver probe (26), the transmit signal emitted is providing polarization isolation between receive and transmit signals.
