MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WATER PERMEABLE ROAD PAVING MATERIAL AND WASTE SYNTHETIC FIBER LAMINATED BASE ELEMENT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of water permeable road paving materials and waste synthetic fiber laminated substrate element is provided to previously prevent the water permeable road paving materials from exfoliating caused by the vapor percolation risen from the lower layer of the water permeable road paving materials. CONSTITUTION: A laminated substrate material for the water permeable road pavement using a waste synthetic fiber is manufactured by the steps of: cutting a waste synthetic fiber to a specific size; making felt by beating cotton; painting thermosetting resin; lowering the vapor content of the felt where the resin is painted; molding the felt by heating it; forming a water permeable slot(22) on the felt; cooling the felt where the water permeable slot is formed; and attaching rubber powder(24) to the water permeable slot.
