PURPOSE: A mercury injecting apparatus is provided to secure a regular life time and to suppress a mercury consumption, by injecting mercury grains of a solid state. CONSTITUTION: A mercury injecting apparatus comprises a mercury supplying guide(240)which has an upper plane(240a) inclined in one direction. On the upper plane(240a) are stacked mercury grains. An inclined surface(240c) guides a supply of the mercury grains, and is formed at an opened part of an external circumference part(240b) which is closely contacted with an inner circumference of a body jacket. A mercury grain injection end(240d) is formed to be less than a circumference of the external circumference part(240b) and forms an end of the inclined surface(240c). The mercury grain injection end(240d) makes the mercury grains be injected downward along the inclined surface(240c). A mercury storing part(240e) is formed so as to be extended and cut to a lower part from the mercury grain injection end(240d), and stores the mercury grains injected from the mercury grain injection end(240d) and supplies the mercury grains to a mercury regular supplying head.
