PURPOSE: A window-typed air conditioner having an injection-molded upper and a lower casing is provided to lower the manufacturing cost and to easily assemble, install and transport itself by simplifying its components and manufacturing its outer body with injection material of light synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A window-typed air conditioner includes: a first casing(110) installing a freezing cycle device such as a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and the like; a second casing(120) installed on the upper area of the first casing to be opened and closed to correspond to the first casing where plural freezing cycle devices are installed; a connecting piece(200) integrally connecting the first and the second casing; a front cover(300) provided on the front face of the first and the second casing and arranging a suction grill(310) and a vent grill(320); and the connecting piece having a connecting unit(210, 220) formed on the upper and the lower area of the first and the second casing having a gap respectively and a connecting member(230) connected by penetrating the connecting unit.
