PURPOSE: A device for preventing overheating of wheels of a vehicle is provided to prevent the rise of temperature of wheels by making the environmental air flowed in by the movement speed according to the traveling flowed into a brake drum effectively. CONSTITUTION: A friction heat generated by the friction between a brake pad(4) and a brake drum(3) according to the brake operation of a driver if promptly vented to outside of a brake assembly before being delivered to a wheel(1) if the outdoor air is flowed into the space formed between the brake drum and the wheel when driving a vehicle. And the friction heat due to braking is not transmitted to the wheel by a heat insulation plate(8) so that the deformation of a bead part(6) composing a tire or the formation of a crack due to the friction heat delivered to the wheel is effectively prevented.
