PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for automatically manufacturing a home based on a web browser is provided, which can install a manufactured homepage to a self-server and a voluntarily remote workstation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically manufacturing a homepage based on a web browser comprises: a request type homepage manufacturing device for performing the manufacture of a homepage according to the request of a client when a frame structure of the homepage, a background screen, a picture, a moving picture, a shape of a count and a menu button, and a background music are selected by the client; an order manufacturing device for providing a service according to an application field of the homepage; and a homepage manufacturing automation device for automatically installing a completed homepage to a voluntary server. Thereby, it is possible to easily perform the addition or the supplement of a new function according to the request of clients
