AUTOMATIC TIRE LOADING DEVICE

PURPOSE: An automatic tire loading device is provided to automate the tire loading work performed manually by applying an automatic loading device. CONSTITUTION: An automatic tire loading device is composed of: a picking arm(32) to grip or release a tire transferred via a sorting cell conveyer system(50); a picking cylinder(31) to perform the grip and release of the picking arm; a transfer cylinder(21) connected to the picking cylinder to shift the picking cylinder forward and backward along a guide rail by using a roller unit(23); an elevator(40) upward and downward elevating and to firstly load the tires(T) transferred by being gripped by the picking arm; and a frame(10) embedding and supporting the components.
