PURPOSE: A polyester film prepared by laminating the first polymer layer incorporated polyester resin into an alkali earth metal aluminate fluorescent substance on the second polymer layer 0incorporated polyester resin into a white pigment is provided which exhibits high brightness as well as maintaining an intrinsic characteristic of polyester and has light-resistant property. CONSTITUTION: A light-storage polyester film comprises the first polymer layer(A)incorporated polyester resin comprising above 60 wt.% of polyethylene terephthalate having a limiting viscosity of 0.4-0.9 dl/g into 3-30 wt.% of alkali earth metal aluminate phosphor and the second polymer layer(B) incorporated the polyester resin into 5-20 wt.% of white pigment in a thickness ratio of A to B of 1: 1 - 3: 1. The first polymer layer(A) and/or the second polymer layer(B) contain 0.02-1 wt.% of fluorescent organic pigment. The polyester film can be used as various recognition marks, an emergency mark and a billboard.
