PURPOSE: A rotary-typed vacuum molding device is provided to be able to manage by one worker, and to be able to mass produce a gasket by installing many mold units inside one bulk tank, and by automatically rotating, revolving, up/ and down each molding unit. CONSTITUTION: A rotary-typed vacuum molding device contains: a bulk tank(10) accepted a raw liquid inside; a frame(20) installed on the bulk tank(10); many molding units(30) installed in the frame(20), and arranged centering a shaft inside the area of the bulk tank(10); an elevating cylinder(40) to up and down each molding unit(30) to sink or to escape each molding unit(30) upward the surface of the raw liquid by installing in the frame(20); a revolving device to revolve each molding unit(30) centering the shaft of the bulk tank(10); a vacuum pump(50) to maintain the vacuum state inside the molding unit(30) by inhaling the inner air of each molding unit(30) by installing in the bulk tank(10). |
