PURPOSE: A method is provided, so that a subscriber intending to convert a call in a mobile communication can automatically block a call, converted by a temporary subscriber of a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A method for blocking call conversion comprises the steps of: an exchange station demanding information of a first mobile communication subscriber; checking whether a converting number for converting a call in the information, and searching for a location register having information of a second subscriber through a map interface, when the converting number exists, and demanding the information of the second subscriber to the location register; the location register having the information of the second subscriber detecting the information of the second mobile communication subscriber, and detecting whether the call conversion blocking is set; the location register transmitting the information of the second mobile communication subscriber having connection reject information, when the call conversion block is set, and the location register transmitting the information of the second mobile communication subscriber to the exchange station, when the call conversion block is not set; the exchange station receiving the information of the second mobile station subscriber from the location register, and setting a call between a transmitter and the second subscriber through the exchange station, when conversion allowing information is in the information of the second mobile communication subscriber, and informing call failure to the transmitter when conversion reject information is included.
