<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing of a socket plate and to massproduce the same by molding the base materials of an insert ring and the socket plate of which the mechanical and physical characteristics are different from each other, by an extruder, and inserting and hot forging the base material of the socket plate onto an outer periphery of the insert ring. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing of a socket plate for a wobble type compressor, a pipe-shaped base material of a specific shape and size, is cut to obtain an insert ring 10 of a specific length, then a plate bar 12 having a hole 11 is extruded, and is cut to be the base material 20 of the socket plate. Then the insert ring is mounted on a mounting part of an lower metal mold of a casting metal mold, the hole 11 of the base material 20 of the socket plate is inserted to an outer periphery of the insert ring 10, and they are mounted on the lower metal mold. Then the base material 20 of the socket plate is closely fitted to an outer peripheral edge of the insert ring 10 by a number of oil grooves 2 formed on an inner peripheral edge of the insert ring, to complete the specific socket plate 104.</p> |
