PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage delivery device and toilet device capable of economically reducing the water quantity to be used, realizing a simple design, and improving the flexibility in setting. SOLUTION: A drain port 23a in the lower part of a bowl part 23 in a stool body 21 is connected to a sewage inflow pipe 41, and the sewage inflow pipe 41 is allowed to communicate with a sewage delivery pipe 45 through a tank 43. The tank 43 is provided with an inflow valve 42 and a delivery valve 46, and a sewage delivery device 50. The sewage delivery device 50 is provided with an air pipe 53 communicating with the inner part of the tank 43, and the air pipe 53 is provided with an air valve 55. This air pipe 53 is connected to a pressurized air base pipe 57 connected to the central utility system of a building. The sensor of a flush valve 33 and the actuator of the inflow valve 42 and delivery valve 46 and the air valve 55 are connected to a controller 60 so as to be automatically controlled.
