PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device for effectively washing the inside of a mixer including the ceiling surface of an upper covering body with a simple device. SOLUTION: Water supply chambers 11 are provided parallel to kneading shafts 3 near both the corners of the ceiling of the upper covering body 6 of a mixer 1. The crosssectional area of the water supply chamber is made more smaller the more further the water supply chamber 11 is separated from a liner pump for water supply. At the same time, on the water supply chamber 11, water sprinkling ports 12a for sprinkling the water towards the ceiling surface of the upper covering body 6, water sprinkling ports 12b for sprinkling towards side walls and water sprinkling ports 12c for sprinkling towards near the kneading shafts 3 are bored. Then, by sprinkling the water vigorously from all the water sprinkling ports 12a, 12b and 12c from the terminals of the water supply chambers 11 through the driving of the line pump, the ceiling surface of the upper covering body 6, the side walls and the interior of the mixer 1 are thoroughly washed.
