PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide refractory structure by the heat insulating member of a concrete segment for a tunnel excellent in joining characteristic and fire prevention, further excellent in economy and capable of contriving remarkable construction period reduction by integrally executing the thin heat insulating member and concrete having a sure joining mechanism. SOLUTION: The refractory structure by the heat insulating member of the segment is a segment integrated by placing and solidifying unsolidified concrete 6 on the face of the heat insulation property member 1 attaching a projection body 3 having a fall prevention mechanism by hooking, and in addition, is refractory structure by the heat insulating member of the concrete segment for a tunnel integrated by placing and solidifying the unsolidified concrete 6 on the heat insulation property member forming a recess on a rear face being a joining interface with concrete. Furthermore, the heat insulating members having the same curvature as the inner peripheral direction of the ring of these segments are used.
