PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turret punch press that a die is not interfered with a formed part in positioning the movement of a plate. SOLUTION: Relating to a turret punch press provided with plural die stations, plural die sleeves urged downward are provided on a die holder 35 of the die stations of a lower turret 15 in an elevating/lowering manner, a spacer inserting device 39 in which a spacer 79 abutted on either one lower surface of plural die sleeves 49 can be freely inserted in a lower part of the die sleeves is arranged, a cylindrical eject pipe 59 extended downward of the lower turret is movably provided in the vertical direction, an eject pipe elevating/lowering 37 capable of pushing up the eject pipe is provided below the lower turret so that an upper surface of the die fitted to the die sleeve of the die stations in the punching position is held at the pass line position PL or below the pass line position PL.
