PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a drowned person warm by accommodating him/her in the bag portion so as not to be in direct contact with water and to provide a float fitted with a cover that prevents decrease in the temperature of him/her by preventing the body under the shoulder (or neck) from being exposed to the outside air, thus further preventing the temperature decrease. SOLUTION: A bag portion 4 formed of a waterproof sheet material is installed to the inner edge or the outer edge of the float body 2. The drowned sufferer is accommodated in the bag portion 4 to hold the float body 2 with both hands, waiting for rescue. As the sufferer is not exposed to the water that is always kept flowing, the temperature can be kept changed. Even if the water intrudes into the bag portion, which tends to be accumulated and hardly affect the sufferer to decrease the temperature. If the sufferer is bleeding for some reason, sharks will not smell the blood because it is kept inside the bag portion rather than being flown out to the outside the float. |
