In other words, outside air ascends in a circulation channel 33 to flow into a part above the main body 20 to be taken into the blower 30 through an air inlet port 22 of a case cover section 21. At that time, the air is preliminarily passed through a sponge-like filter 24 and a mesh-like filter 23, and thereby minute foreign matters such as dust are eliminated, Thereafter, the air is heated and then is vigorously blown out through an end port 51 of a blowing means 50. Since the filters 23, 24 are installed in the case cover 11, the removal of them by mischievous works, etc., can surely be prevented.
